2 · Mgc Handheld

On-site operation, configured per control channel

One handheld per control channel. Mgc1624 uses a 16-channel WiFi smart handheld, Mgc0207 a 2-channel wired or wireless handheld, and Mgc0103 a remote — meeting on-site commissioning and operation needs.

3 · Control Channel Card (Control Card)

One per authorized DA control channel

Control cards plug into the 0207 and 1624 — one per authorized DA control channel. They come in 250Hz / 1kHz / 4kHz types, matching the control/measure frequency of the respective 0207 and 1624 controllers.

4 · Universal Channel Card (Universal Card)

Analog and digital cards by signal type

Universal cards plug into the authorized universal measurement channels of the 0207 (4 ch.) and 1624 (16 ch.), supporting all peripheral types.

Analog Card

Small signal / Large signal / Strain gauge

Available in 250Hz / 1kHz / 4kHz types for the corresponding 0207 and 1624 controllers. Configurable to support small-signal (mV), large-signal (V) full-bridge sensors and strain gauges.

5 · Mgc Teds and TEDS-embedded Connectors

Plug-and-play Sensors

Every measurement channel has a TEDS-embedded connector; the Teds connectors of Mgc1624, Mgc0207 and Mgc0103 are interchangeable. TEDS (Transducer Electronic Data Sheet) enables true plug-and-play sensors.

TEDS Advantage  TEDS connectors preload sensor identification. Once inserted into the controller, the sensor type and parameters are recognized automatically — no manual configuration — for true plug-and-play. TEDS connectors are fully interchangeable across all three controllers.
